Approach

We combine biofeedback, neurotraining and mathematical models to build a complete neurophysiological profile of a person. This lets us map individual patterns of brain activity and design a training program precisely tuned to the client’s goal.

Training

The neuro headset reads the brain’s electrical activity in real time and streams the signal to the screen. A person sees their own brain rhythms and, through feedback, learns to control them consciously: to strengthen the states they need and to quiet the ones that interfere.

Mathematical models

Every brain is unique. We analyze a person’s EEG and create a personal mathematical formula for processing frequencies: the precise ratio of brain rhythms at which they perform best. This formula becomes the goal of the training and the criterion of the result.

Who it’s for

Neurotraining helps an athlete build stable motor patterns, remove psychological blocks before competition and learn to reproduce the optimal brain state at the moment of performance. The result: stability under pressure and improved athletic results.

For team and synchronized sports we developed a format of group neuro sessions. Athletes learn to synchronize their states, develop non-verbal understanding within the group and collective resilience at the key moments of competition.

Heavy workload, constant decision-making and chronic stress drain the brain’s resources. Neurotraining helps you switch quickly between working modes, hold concentration in critical situations and recover more efficiently.

Neurofeedback works with the nervous system directly: restoring motor patterns, reducing tremor and coordination impairments without medication. The program is tailored individually to each case.

Services

//01 Individual neurotraining A personal program based on EEG diagnostics. Sessions up to 30 minutes, a course of 10–15 sessions. Fits any goal: sport, cognitive performance, rehabilitation. //02 Group neurotraining 3 to 6 people at once. The group works on a single task: each person controls their own state while synchronizing with the others to reach a shared result. The method is based on synchronizing the brain-rhythm frequencies of the group. A course of 10–15 sessions. //03 Neurophysiological profile assessment A baseline study of the brain’s electrical activity that gives a complete picture of how it works. It reveals signs of nervous-system overload, chronic stress, psychosomatic reactions and regulation disorders.
